With Companies House

Complete the form below to begin the ID verification process. You will receive a link from our ID verification partner, Trust ID, asking you to complete an ID check.

Once successfully verified, we will prepare and submit the required documents to Companies House on your behalf and notify you once they have been accepted.

Please note: This service covers basic ID checks only. If your ID fails the basic checks and requires further/enhanced verification, a supplementary fee may apply. If you choose not to proceed with the supplementary checks, we will be unable to complete your Companies House verification. No refund will be provided in this case.

In cases where you fail the basic ID checks and if we deem your situation to be 'high risk' (for example due to the industry, country, or PEP status etc), we reserve the right to decline or discontinue the verification service. In such cases, a 50% refund will be issued.
