With Companies House

Complete the form below to start the ID verification process.

The three step process:

Step 1: You'll receive an email containing a link from our ID verification partner, Trust ID, requesting you to complete an electronic ID check.

Step 2: Once your identity has been successfully verified by TrustID and no further verification is required, we will prepare and submit the relevant form to Companies House.

Step 3: Once Companies House processes and accepts our submission, you will receive an email from them containing your personal code (we will not have a copy of this code), with instructions to save it securely by creating a GOV.UK One Login (if you haven't already).

Please note: This service covers basic identity checks only. If you fail the basic check and require further/enhanced verification, a supplementary fee may apply. If you choose not to proceed with the supplementary checks, we will be unable to verify your identity with Companies House and no refund will be issued.

In cases where you fail the basic identity check and if we deem your situation to be 'high risk' (for example due to your industry, source of funds, country, or PEP status etc), we reserve the right to decline or discontinue the verification service. In such cases, a 50% refund will be issued.
